What we are looking for is someone who can:

· Provide excellent customer service to all our guests

· Keep the store clean and up to health and safety standards

· Learn a variety of tasks: drink making, baking and frosting desserts, helping customers, boxing orders, cleaning/restocking, etc.

· Work efficiently as an individual as well as in a team

· Prepare drink orders accurately and consistently

· Help keep track of some inventory items and reporting to supervisor/manager

But more than that we are really looking for someone who:

· Has a good attitude and a willingness to learn

· Takes initiative and is self-motivated

· A team player and desires to see their teammates grow

· Is available and flexible
